Robin Krumme

After practicing law for 25 years, Robin decided to pursue her passion in the fitness industry. In 2016 she began volunteering with 413 Fitness, a specialized exercise program aimed at fighting the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. Robin soon obtained a Senior Group Fitness Certification and has been coaching at 413 Fitness since 2017. In addition, Robin started a movement order class at Westminster Independent Living Community in 2022.

Robin received certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Specialist through the National Association of Sports Medicine. She is also a Geriatric Fitness and Lifestyle Specialist through MedFit. Robin's workouts focus on functional fitness, including building strength, increasing endurance, and improving flexibility. Her programs include special emphasis on building fall resilience through improvement of balance, gait and posture.

Fran Werner

Fran has spent her entire professional career, as well as her personal life, as a dedicated and innovative fitness and wellness professional. Fran has managed a health club/fitness center, has taught corporate wellness programs, has been a personal trainer and for the past 15 years, has been the fitness and wellness director at a retirement community in Austin, TX.

 

Fran received her BA from Washington University in St. Louis and her MA from University of Chicago. She holds a Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a Health Coach certification from ACE, is an IDEA Master Personal Trainer, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Cognitive Stimulation Instructor, and CIAR Wellness Coach. She also holds certifications in Aqua fitness, Silver Sneakers, Mat Pilates, CIAR Special Populations and yoga. Fran believes that it’s never too late to grow and thrive.

Kristi Richards

Kristi is a specialist in functional fitness for aging adults and people with movement disorders. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 

 

In 2015, Kristi opened 413 Fitness in Austin, which is a one of a kind gym created for people living with movement disorders.  

 

Kristi holds multiple certifications including Rock Steady Boxing, Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery, Aqua Fitness, Barefoot Strong, Silver Sneakers and Functional Aging. 

 

Her workouts focus on balance, strength, flexibility and mobility with a little boxing for cardiovascular health. One of her biggest passions in fitness is that every client has the strength, knowledge and confidence to get on and off the floor independently.

 

Kristi is also the mom to 4 children whom she has homeschooled with her husband. 

Kerri Brinkoeter

Passionate about coaching and teaching, Kerri has spent 28 years coaching women’s basketball at both the collegiate and high school levels. After retiring from college coaching, Kerri’s love for guiding others led her to 413 Fitness, where she now coaches individuals with movement disorders, primarily Parkinson’s disease. This coaching journey is personal for Kerri as her father battled a form of Parkinson’s, PSP, and he greatly benefitted from focused exercise to target the symptoms of this disease. Kerri brings enthusiasm, joy and intentional exercise to each class she coaches. 

 

Kerri holds a BA in Kinesiology and Economics from Southwestern University and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University.  Kerri is certified as an Advanced Senior Fitness Instructor from ASFA and a Group Fitness Instructor from NASM AFAA. Kerri is also currently working on her certification as a Functional Aging Exercise Specialist from ISSA.
